  • Frank Ferrogine

    With over 50 years experience in the automotive industry, Frank learned the automotive business from the ground up. He broke into the industry as a sales representative in Baltimore and eventually a Volvo retailer. He is a graduate of the NADA General Dealership Management Program. Frank has been associated with Volvo since 1979 and in 1991 purchased Volvo Cars Annapolis (formerly AnnapolisVolvo).

     

    In 1999, Frank moved the Volvo franchise from its West Street location to a newly constructed home just off Rt. 50 on Busch's Frontage Road. Since then, Volvo Cars Annapolis has been among the top volume retailers in the country for Certified Pre-Owned Volvo models. 

     

    After 14 years on Busch's Frontage Road, the Volvo Cars Annapolis facility underwent a major renovation. In September 2013, the bright and welcoming remodeled facility was unveiled.

     

    In addition to Volvo Cars Annapolis, Frank is the President of Annapolis Subaru, Annapolis Hyundai, Gateway Subaru and Genesis of Annapolis.

     

    Active in the community, he is a former member of the Maryland Auto Dealers Association Board of Directors, Subaru of America Dealer Advisory Board and the BB&T Advisory Board. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of The Summit School and the Volvo Cars of North America Dealer Advisory Board. Frank is the recipient of the Commercial Stewards Award from the Chesapeake Bay Trust. Frank and the Annapolis Cars organization were also the recipients of the Corporate Philanthropist of the Year award from the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County.

  • Patrick Wergin

    Patrick began his career as a 15 year old lot attendant at a Volvo retailer working with our Owner and CEO Frank Ferrogine. While attending the University of Baltimore, he maintained the position of Used Car Buyer for Annapolis Volvo. He is a Graduate of the NADA General Dealership Management Program. Upon completion of his education, he became the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and in January 2003, became the General Manager overseeing all operations of Volvo Cars Annapolis.


    Patrick is currently Vice President of Volvo Cars Annapolis, a member of the AAMC Foundation Board of Directors and is an active member  of many automotive manufacturer advisory committees.

  • Barbara Stockford

    Hometown: Flint, Michigan

    Barb's automotive career began in 1984 when she was hired as a file clerk at an auto dealership in her hometown of Flint, Michigan.  From her entry level job in Flint through her eventual relocation to Maryland, Barb has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge about dealership operations through the variety of roles she has filled, such as switchboard operator, accounts payable clerk, accounts receivable clerk, warranty clerk and office manager.
     
    Since joining the Annapolis Cars organization in 2002 Barb has navigated the Accounting Department through the expansion of the company from one location supporting 2 franchises to the development and operation of 5 separate locations supporting 3 franchises and a preowned sales center.

    An Annapolis resident, Barb enjoys time on the Chesapeake Bay, shooting pool and time with her family. While she sports a Detroit Lions jersey on Fridays during football season she knows her team is usually behind the 8 ball. Barb is a graduate of the NADA Dealer Academy.

    A graduate of Archbishop Spalding, Anthony has a long history of automotive experience. He has been affiliated with Annapolis Cars for many years with experience in fixed operations, sales and finance.  He is a  Volvo Military Delivery and Polestar specialist. 

    In addition to graduating from the NADA Dealer Academy General Management curriculum in 2018, Anthony completed Volvo Leadership Training at the Yale School of Management in February 2020.

    In October 2020, Anthony became General Manager of Volvo Cars Annapolis. 


    An avid golfer, Anthony enjoys fishing and hunting as well as  boating, surfing and traveling with his wife Brianna. They have two children, Ruby and Sonny and reside in Annapolis.

That is one of the many reasons why Christian was elevated to Sales Manager in August, 2022 when an opening became available.

  • Alan Hannon

    Alan has been in the automotive industry since the spring of 1988.  He started off as a porter and became a sales consultant just a few short months after.  In 1996, Alan started his management career as an Assistant Sales Manager and was promoted to Sales Manager in 1998.  


    He originally came to Volvo Cars Annapolis in 2004 as our New Volvo Sales Manager and also assisted as our relief Business Manager.  In the fall of 2022, Alan became our Volvo Pre-Owned Sales Manager.  As always, we expect Alan to assist in the growth of this department with his product knowledge and his professional treatment of our clients and staff!  Assisting family, friends

         Moving in to Anne Arundel County in 1972, Alan has basically lived here his whole life.  He married his wife Heather in 1994 and they have three sons now that have grown into fine young men.  Cheering on the Ravens and Orioles has always been a passion for him!  In his spare time, now that his sons are done with organized sports, Alan loves to attend the sporting events of his friends' children from high school to colleges near and far...

    When not at work Boz enjoys detailing and working on his car,  building Lego kits and yard work.

    Thom is a Volvo Overseas Delivery Specialist and is also nationally ranked among all Volvo sales associates.
